Freeze Access to Your Credit

Business InfoThe “credit freeze” or credit freeze is a strategy, a loophole that has become fashionable in the United States to prevent delinquent files give negative reports on our credit history to those who request such information.

Obtaining the credit freeze is very simple: just get a police certificate that says we fear that third parties with malicious intent are trying to access our credit information to make a bad use of them.

Once you have that certification, send a letter to letter to the delinquent files where we included requesting that block access to our history, in order to protect our security.

Thus, any company can apply for our credit history.

Is functional in the U.S., but it would not hurt to try in Spain

  • The reason UDI and many other knowledgeable professionals are concerned with the City’s new proposal to require LEED certification as a condition of rezoning, rather than LEED Equivalency is that it won’t work in a practical way. Please don’t take my word for it…check this out with Heather Tremain or Robert Brown or the Canada Green Building Council or anyone who has had to get a building LEED certified
